Rainbow Ombre

Rainbow ombre is the multi-color gradient from natural roots through the rainbow spectrum to the ends — pink at the temples blending into orange, yellow, green, blue, purple at the bottom. The technique requires pre-lightening the mid-lengths to platinum, then carefully applying colors in sequence. The look reads maximally vivid and is fundamentally a statement choice.

It flatters oval and heart faces — the rainbow draws all attention, which needs balanced bone structure to anchor. Length needs to be long (mid-back or longer) for the gradient to develop properly through enough color zones. Straight and wavy hair show the gradient cleanest; very curly hair compresses the gradient visually.
